Inclusive Support Coordination is a service provided by Inclusive Disability Assist.
We are a NDIS registered not-for-profit organisation that has been servicing the Moreton Bay region since 2021.
We offer:
Level 2 Support Coordination
Specialist Support Coordination
Time limited complimentary Support Coordination for NDIS participants without Support Coordination funding in their NDIS plan.
We are dedicated to helping you make the most of your NDIS-funded supports, while connecting you with mainstream services and community groups that empower you to live an independent and fulfilling life.

Our office is located in the grounds of Pinnacle College at 10 Narangba Road, Kallangur.
Come in between 8am-4pm weekdays and our friendly Support Coordination team will do their best to assist you with your enquiry.
